Tony Hor received Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from Pannasastra University of Cambodia in 2018 and currently works as a Senior Category Executive in Customer Development Department at Unilever Cambodia. Since his senior year of high school, he has involved in many voluntary and social work which serving education and volunteerism purposes. With the passion of promoting volunteerism and human development, he has joint FUSAAC Major and Career Fair for many years in a row as organizer and speaker both in rural and capital of Cambodia. Also, he also provides coaching session regarding to scholarship and career information to junior at his university and in his volunteering circle from time to time when needed, in hope of seeing Cambodian development in the hand of the talented generation Z.
Five-Year Project Goals:
- To conduct at least 3 series of training in 3 different provinces every year
- To have a strong network of alumnus from the training program who are in professional path and giving back to the new trainees
Organization Information: Leeway: Project REAN
Project REAN is a project that provides training to high school students from grade 9 to grade 12 in rural areas on basic entrepreneurship, leadership and some career guidance session. The name “Rean” is a Khmer word that means “LEARN” in English. The purpose of this training is to inspire and let them learn the important skills – entrepreneurship, leadership, career guidance – which can further build them to be a capable human resource through being independent learner, more creative and productive in work, more control on their lives and creating more business and job in Cambodia.
