Panalath "Lath" Lathouly is a senior student in Business Administration at the National University of Laos. Due to her passion for enterprises and her care for social issues, she decided to joined the YSEALI program which, has inspired her to start her own real social enterprise in 2019.
At her university Lath is active in business plan activities and competitions. She was awarded in Best Innovative Business Plan and Best International Team while in Shanghai. One her great accomplishments in life, was being a volunteer with ASEAN young leader, in a community in Cambodia. Besides from the valuable experience with the local people, it allowed her to improve her project manager skills and learn to truly enjoy the simplicity in life.
Five-Year Project Goals:
- Develop a HUBBO community center.

Hubbo is a youth community center aims to be a volunteering market to help connect between youth who are interested in developing their soft skills and take action in social issues and organizations, NGOs, schools etc that are open for youth to contribute for meeting in one center via Hubbo channels. The Hubbo team have faith in volunteering, which aims to support the government goals in developing youth skills through promoting youth participation and engagement. Hubbo's is mission is to help promote volunteer opportunity from the government mas organization as Lao Youth Union. By spreading transparency information, producing contents of inspiring youth in social service, and involve youth in taking action in events with organizations particularly with the Lao Youth Union.
