Nihale is an engineering school graduate, and an alumna of SUSI on Social Entrepreneurship 2018 in University of Connecticut. She has represented her country, Morocco, in several international forums and programs such as: WYF in Egypt, GSVC in France, and Alinov in Algeria. Nihale was also part of the Young Women Diplomats Academy in 2019. She currently works at a non-profit, in the social entrepreneurship and innovation field, as the Incubation Program Manager. She works closely with different strategic partners (such as the Dutch Embassy in Morocco and l’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie) in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating incubation programs for different targets.

MakeBack is a project where they combine social psycho support curriculum with makeup. The program trains their social makeup artists that later on deliver Masterclasses to:
-- Become professional makeup artists,
-- Employ the social psycho support curriculum to teach women the psychological secrets behind using makeup, in order to increase their awareness of why they use it in the first place, and how they could improve their perception of it.
