Malasavanh "Bambee" Phrakonkham has been into business for more than 10 years. She is very keen on becoming a successful female entrepreneur in Laos. Her specialty is being able to solve critical problems and provide different methods of solving them by using creativity and knowledge from many fields. Malasavanh uses all of her knowledge, skills, and experiences to finish her jobs successfully and effectively. Moreover, she has ‘Capacity Building skills’, which sets her apart from others. She is able to successfully equip skills needed for the job to my colleges, partners, peers or subordinates as suited.

Farmers in Laos work harder than other workers work, but receive less income. Malasaranha's project is using IoT in agriculture to make a sustainable farming become possible in Laos. She is aiming to invent technology and strategies in the production of non-chemical products to reduce work for people but increase their revenue.
