Mai is an economic student with an International management major. She founded We Matter in 2017 to raise awareness of sexual harassment and defensive skills in Vietnam. The group is non-profit and volunteer-based, we gladly reached over 10.000 people and inspired other young advocates to openly talk about such topics, stop victim-blaming, and work towards creating a better environment for everyone.

The Media part consists of 3 videos focusing on teaching skills to protect yourself from dangerous situations in some specific context that one may encounter sexual harassment. The workshop was then held as an open space for discussion and teaching skills that were shown in the videos to the participants.
