Le Hua Thanh Nguyen "Victor" is the Founder and CEO of EngTalk Center and an experienced IELTS trainer whose vision is to help young people of Vietnam to overcome the English language barrier to allow them to communicate internationally and enhance their skills to integrate in the global labor market. He also found a project in which he creates a platform called Hoc Nhom IELTS where more than 5,500 students can study English online for free. He is also a public speaker for numerous events hosted by the U.S. Consulate General Ho Chi Minh City such as Reading is Fun and Rewarding project. Being inspired by environmental experts and YSEALI fellows, Victor took part in several projects to raise awareness of Vietnamese youth in protecting the environment, especially the Mekong Delta.
