Kanika Montha graduated in 2019 with two Bachelor degrees: A Bachelor in Information Technology Management from American University of Phnom Penh and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Fort Hay States University, Kansas, USA. She tries to embrace her passion in women empowerment and women in tech through social entrepreneurship. Her social initiative, Tell Me, was co-founded and supported by her friends from 2 other countries, Myanmar and Vietnam. Tell Me has become part of her dream in seeing an increase in professional female leaders especially, in the technology field. Kanika believes that every big achievement always starts from small actions of true passions and hard work.Â

Organization Information: Tell Me Initiative
Tell Me Initiative evolved from an important issue that many women face even in a professional atmosphere, sexual harassment. The initiative was created to become a hub for women who wants to excel their professional skills ranging from technology to entrepreneurship. Inspired by the culture of sharing, Tell me ensures that knowledgeable resources of successful stories, by female professionals, will be shared to meet the audiences’ need. They are passionate to help develop women who aspire to lead, through their online seminars, training, professional networking session with successful females from different sectors, and online podcast.
