Organization Information: Flagship Startup Club
Flagship Startup Club meets the need for a student startup incubator to help students interested in entrepreneurship build the skills necessary to create a successful business. The Club works with students to build fundamental startup knowledge, using a curriculum gathered from established teachers and successful business partners. The curriculum includes theory and soft skill training, seminars, workshops, field trips to startups in the area, networking opportunities, practical projects and a startup competition. Flagship Startup Club partners with International University- Vietnam National University, United States Alumni Vietnam and other YSEALI alumni in order to maximize the curriculum and enhance students' knowledge. Kevin used UConn funding to organize entrepreneurship seminars, soft skill training, and project funding in Ho Chi Minh City.
