The level of literacy of Indonesian society is very bad. Indonesia ranks 60th out of a total of 61 countries. Indonesian's on average read around 27 pages of a book a year. Gloria Morgen Show encourages people to read more, but they also know that they cannot push everyone to read books because everyone has their own way of learn. Books are the source of knowledge and information, but in this era, people can get knowledge from anywhere not just from books. Due to the high viewer traffic on YouTube, especially millennial's, the Gloria Morgen show tries to bring the content of books into YouTube videos. The show interviewed over 60 inspiring people like the Director of World Bank, Vice President Samsung Indonesia, CEO of Haagen Dazs Indonesia, and CEO of LRT Jakarta.
