As the Founder & CEO of EdVISORY company, Weerapol leads a diverse team of business consultants, researchers, psychologists and software developers to deliver solution such as strategy formulation and implementation, organization management, and technology development for clients in education and social sector. He is also the Project Director of WE Space (wespace.in.th), an online integrated career counselling platform, which offers free self-evaluation, career exploration, capacity building, and employment, in partnership with the Office of Basic Education Commission (OBEC) and Thailand Eduation Partnership (TEP). Weerapol also serves as the OBEC Sub-committee for National Curriculum Development.

Five-Year Project Goals:

By end of 2023:

  1. To establish and institutionalize a standard student competency assessment in major schools, universities, online courses, public and private sectors
  2. To establish a deep-tech and futuristic research and development department collaborating with world thought leadership such as Howard Gardner, author of Multiple Intelligence theory
  3. To ensure business sustainability in all aspects – financial, clients, organization, and employees

Their envision a society where education is tailored for individual students, collaboratively driven by demand form public and private sectors, and all of the stakeholders are involved. Their mission it to help students explore, plan, assess, and develop their career path by partnering with all stakeholders.
