Linh Phuong Le Ngo is the Managing Director of ICS, throughout her years of operation, Linh has learned, experienced and led various activities to advocate for the rights of LGBTI + people in Vietnam and beyond. Linh has became one of the key figures of VietPride Organizing Committee in Ho Chi Minh City. She became a Project Officer of Work with Pride with the goal of improving the working environment and policies for LGBTI + employees. In 2017, she became the youngest representative of Southeast Asia of the Association for Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and International Inter-Gender, Asia (ILGA Asia). Linh is now the CEO of ICS Center, as well as re elected to the role of Southeast Asia representative in the Executive Board of ILGA Asia.

Five-Year Project Goals:

  • To create a network of businesses that support LGBTI+ movement in Vietnam, and integrate  their influence and participation to national campaign that promote LGBTI+ rights, such as the Marriage equality campaign.

The organizations mission is to empower the LGBTI + Vietnam community for Pride and Equality. Doing this by hosting diverse activities such as training, seminars, event organization, counseling services, capacity building and empowerment courses for the LGBTI + community in Vietnam, ICS Center wishes to be able to empower the community to speak up, and advocate for its legitimate human rights.
