Dave is currently the Senior Program Lead for Ecosystem Development at QBO Innovation Hub where he handles the TBI 4.0 Program funded by the Department of Science and Technology in the Philippines that aims to elevate the capacity of the 12 Universirty-based Technology Business Incubators arouns the country. He started his career as an Associate for Marketing and Advocacy of IdeaSpace Foundation where he works hand in hand with different communities to deliver and scale the IdeaSpace Advocacy. He also built the first Technology Business Incubator in Mindanao called iDEYA located inside MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology that enabled different startup companies and developed the local startup ecosystem in Mindanao. Dave has a strong passion in promoting ICT, Technopreneurship and Startup opportunities in the countryside and grassroots communities. He has been to over 40+ provinces in the Philippines doing technopreneurship bootcamps and workshops that encourage the youth to venture into technopreneurship and innovation. He has a solid background in incubator management and business and community development specializing in education and entrepreneurship.

Knapp Food Delivery aims to empower the Carinderia owners in the Philippines by connecting them to partner logistics communities and providing them new access to market, boosting their income and morale, and helping them grow their business.  They also aim to preserve the culinary culture of the Philippines by promoting Filipino Cuisines and to also provide an access to fast food that is not a fast food.
