Elsadig Co-founded the Sudanese Mentoring Center in 2019, He serves as the Managing Director, managing programs implementation, putting strategic plan, and hunting grants. Elsadig has previous experience in managing programs with Human Library - Sudan. He studied a vocational exchange program on social entrepreneurship in the University of Connecticut in 2018, he also got his Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering in 2019.
