Sister Dreams aims to empower local youth especially, women to become great leaders. They want to see women have the ability to lead themselves, to achieve their own dreams, and give back to their community. Sister Dreams was created to empower local youth to have the better opportunities and bring back to theirs community.

Youth's from the rural parts of Northern Cambodia have to move to the city if they want the opportunity for a better education. They always face many problems in term of leadership, knowledge gap, soft skills, and information which lead them to have a high rate of losing the opportunity than the city students. Hence, Sister Dreams aim to empower rural youth by proving them leadership skill, information connections in center and provide them Standard English scholarship with Sister Dream's partner.
