Fatima is passionate about providing underprivileged students with access to academic support systems to help them achieve outstanding scores on high school final exams. Success on exams is the key to acceptance into Morocco's premier universities, so Fatima organizes programs aimed at preparing students for high school final exams and university entrance exams. She believes that growing up in poverty should not exclude a young person from obtaining a quality education. Fatima actively mentors high school students and helps to empower them to achieve their dreams of higher education.

Five-Year Project Goals:

  • Help underprivileged students access higher education and motivate them to believe in themselves
  • Expand the organization on an international level by helping students apply for scholarships and fellowships abroad
  • Create a network of professional mentors for students to meet face-to-face to answer questions and offer academic support
  • Encourage students to become actively involved in their communities through volunteer service so that more and more people want to help others

Road To Success works to help students from poor families achieve their dreams by offering academic support to help students pass high school final exams and university entrance exams. Lack of academic and financial support for underprivileged high school students in Fez, Morocco often causes students to give up on dreams of higher education. Road To Success hopes to empower students to follow their dreams by providing them with the support they need to excel in school and in life. The organization works on teaching students how to succeed through mentoring and assisting them with their studies and preparation for high school final exams and university entrance exams, including the Access exam.

Moroccan high school final exam scores account for 75% of a student's general mark. Road To Success offers struggling high school students two-day training sessions lead by top professors from local universities to teach them how to achieve the best scores possible. The organization encourages students interested in studying business to attend their workshop aimed at preparing students for the Access exam, the entrance exam to ISCAE which is one of the best business schools in Morocco. Traditionally, students from wealthy families could afford a tutor to help them study for these exams, but Road To Success believes that all students should have access to academic support no matter their financial background.
